Our facility includes a spacious indoor hall and charming outdoor area on the Miami River, both designed to accommodate various event styles and sizes. Our indoor space provides a comfortable and climate-controlled environment, kitchen / prep area, restroom facilities and bar area.  The outdoor area offers a picturesque setting for those who love the fresh air and open skies. Both indoor and outdoor areas are available for you to create an unforgettable and extraordinary event.  The flexibility of our venue ensures that your vision comes to life, no matter the theme or ambiance you desire.

Situated in the heart of Miami Springs at 301 Swallow Drive, our facility is easily accessible for your guests. Ample parking (27 spots) ensures a stress-free arrival, allowing everyone to enjoy the event without worrying about transportation logistics.  In addition, our facility is handicap accessible.

Say goodbye to the hassle of renting furniture separately. At Miami Springs Lions Club Facility, we provide tables and chairs to suit your guest count and seating arrangement preferences.  Included in your rental fee and available for your use are the following:


  • 15 - Rectangular Tables (6 ft.)
  • 17 - Round Tables (5 ft.)
  • 100 - Chairs



Rental Fees

Daily Rate

Daily rentals are available from 10am - Midnight

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

$400 plus $300 security deposit

Friday and Sunday

$500 plus $300 security deposit

Saturday

$600 plus $300 security deposit

Note: The $300 security deposit is refunded by check within 10 days if no damage has occurred. Payment methods we accept are Zelle, Payment online through this Website, or Cash.

Yes.  We have handicap parking and wheelchair accessible ramps to access the facility.

Yes, the outdoor patio is perfect for BBQ'ing or cooking a Paella.  However, cooking is prohibited in the indoor kitchen.

Yes, DJ and/or music is permitted.  Outdoor music must be turned off by 11pm according to the City of Miami Springs ordinance.

Yes, there is ample space available in the outdoor area for a bounce house.

Yes, restrooms are available in our indoor hall.

Yes, alcohol is allowed on the premises.
